Jimi Hendrix and his band collect visas from the Swedish Embassy in London, UK.

Hendrix writes a deposition attacking Capitol Records' recent release of tracks recorded before he was famous, on the album Get That Feeling.

Jimi Hendrix (in his deposition):
"The label creates the impression that Knight and I recorded as at least equal performers, which is untrue. My Involvement was completely subordinated and accomodated to Kinght's musical personality and ability, which are the obligations of a "session man". The record therefore conveys a completely erroneous, unflattering and unfavourable impression of my talents and abilities."
